Project Overview
CCR is working alongside SaskPower to construct a new compressor building on the west side of the generation facility at the Poplar River Power Station near Coronach, SK. The new building will house a Soot Blower Air Compressor System.
The building is 1600 ft2 and will feature a steel frame structure on concrete foundation. The building envelope boasts functional weather tight, thermally effective prefinished metal sandwich panels system and motorized dampers for ventilation. The building will house a 12 Ton Overhead Crane system.
The project is expected to be done by the end of 2016.
