Project Overview
For over 30 years, Carmichael Outreach has tirelessly worked to end poverty and homelessness throughout the Regina community. CCR Construction Ltd. has spent the past 20 years working in Regina to construct and manage community involvement projects. Together, Carmichael Outreach, Neher & Associates, and CCR will renovate the 12th Avenue space to provide a forever home for Carmichael Outreach with the capacity to supply meals, hygiene, and clothing facilities with the ultimate goal of maintaining the dignity of the people we serve.
