Project Overview
CCR Construction Ltd. entered into this project with the understanding that the entire restaurant would be renovated in a 12 week timeframe. The owner’s goal was to keep the restaurant operational for as long as possible CCR made the effort to understand his needs and focused the schedule around this requirement. CCR was able to fast track the schedule and keep counter services open for 8 weeks, the drive-thru open for 9 weeks and had the entire restaurant open and operational in just 10 weeks.
The renovation on the existing restaurant was extensive. The existing building had to be updated to reflect the new McDonald’s look. All new electrical and mechanical were ran inside as well as the installation of visually pleasing wall tiles, decals, flooring and seating. The outside received a facelift as well with new stucco and brick vener.
