Project Overview
The SaskTel Office Building on Longman Crescent in Regina, SK was to become the new home of Direct West. CCR Construction worked with SaskTel and Direct West on the tenant improvements.
The 19,000 sq ft of existing space needed to be transformed into functional office space. The work consisted of new electrical and mechanical systems, flooring, painting, doors and door frames, and updates to the building’s washrooms. The lunch room also received a new kitchenette, flooring and paint so it would be ready for the new tenants to move in.
