An integrated and collaborative Design Build Process allowed the construction of a functional, code compliant and architecturally pleasing facility within budget and in the desired schedule. This facility boasts a 2000 square foot accessible change facility with family change area, first aid, office space and mechanical area. The building features specialized PVC encased concrete wall system that will stand up to the elements while still maintaining an ecstatically pleasing finish.

The Junior Olympic size swimming pool is an Ecco pool system with a full perimeter crawlspace, PVC membrane line, spread footing foundation. The pool will be 0.9m in the shallow end and 3.7m in the deep end. It will have 5 swimming lanes, a 3 meter high diving board and an area for recreation.
