Through experience and teamwork CCR works to identify ad mitigate the risks of each and every project, while staying on schedule and causing the least disruption to the owner. CCR strives to ensure that everyone on the project works with the highest quality of products and workmanship, and utiizes safety standards in order to deliver the best quality finished product to our customers.

CCR coordinates all the integral parts of the construction process, and will provide all of the necessary materials, labour, equipment and services needed to complete the project. We provide information regarding maintenance as well as ongoing operation information to the owner so it can be utilized throughout the life cycle of the project.

Construction Management

As a Construction Manager, CCR uses its vast knowledge and expertise of construction and design principals and process to define, implement and manage projects. We understand the techniques, innovations and efficiencies which allow us to work as part of the team to ensure the most cost effective processes so the risks are minimized. We value the input of others and strive to ensure that all the necessary aspects of the job will be analyzed to build your project in an efficient and effective way.

CCR will use effective cost estimating to find the best possible options and the highest quality products while being respectful of the overall budget of the project. We work towards the greatest value and attention to detail in every step of the way to achieve the greatest value.

Once the project is completed we pride ourselves in the turnover to the owners. We work with the owners of the completed project to guarantee that the transition is seamless.

Design-Build

As the Design-Builder we will mitigate the construction risks from the beginning of the project, and become the single point of responsibility. CCR provides quality assurance to the owners through the Design-Build approach to construction. The Design-Build approach provides the owner the expertise, knowledge and industry contacts of CCR Construction Ltd. prior to the design being completed, so that the best Project Team can be assembled. The Design-Build approach creates a cohesive Project Team with the common goal of constructing the highest quality project at the most optimum value.

CCR Construction Ltd. will use value engineering to ensure that any cost-savings are found and the project schedule is accurate and efficient. Having CCR Construction Ltd take on the role of Design-Builder allows the owners the freedom to adjust the details and design of the project prior to construction without the large cost usually associated with these changes. We actively collaborate with the design team to ensure that communication remains clear throughout the entire process

Integrated Design Feasibility and Engineering (Early Stages of Planning)

CCR Construction Ltd will work side by side with the owner to determine the specific needs and goals of the project they are considering. We use our design methodologies and experience to guide the owners to a multitude of conceptual ideas. Once these ideas have been created, CCR will use its planning tools to help determine the next steps so the project can proceed. We will use our industry contacts to help ensure the budget meets the client’s expectations and that the design meets the needs set out in the planning phase.
